Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in with a code.
• Photos: the photos you take and upload, the edited versions we return, and file details such as camera settings and, if your phone adds it, location.
• Order history: which photo sets you sent, when, their status, and your credit balance and usage.
• Technical data: device type, app version, IP address and logs, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To sign you in, edit and deliver your photos, show your order history, give support, prevent abuse, keep backups and meet legal duties. We send service emails such as sign-in codes and notices that your photos are ready.

Your photos

You keep the rights to your photos. We do not sell them, and we do not use them in ads or public examples without separate permission. Uploading photos does not by itself let us train a general model; that would need separate, clearly described consent. Our editing may run automated detection, for example of objects, to improve results. It is not used to identify people.

Retention

Photos and edits are kept for a limited time after delivery so you can download them. They may remain in backups and processing systems until routine cleanup. Account and order records are kept longer for accounting, disputes, security and tax needs.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app from the menu, or see Delete account. Your account is closed right away, and we remove your account and photos within 30 days, except records we must keep by law or for disputes and security. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and processing. Each receives only what it needs. The email provider does not receive your photos. We may disclose data for valid legal requests, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data. Depending on where you live you may have more rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify you of incidents as the law requires.

Children

AgentCam is for adults using it for business. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Where data is processed

In the United States and wherever our providers operate, with safeguards where required.
