Terms of Service

Using AgentCam

AgentCam lets you take listing photos on your phone and receive edited versions. You must be 18 or older and use it for lawful business purposes. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store, process and edit them to provide the service. We deliver edited photos for your use, including listings and marketing.

Credits

Each edited photo uses credits on your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Results

Edits are made largely by automated tools and results can vary. You are responsible for making sure your listing photos are accurate and follow your MLS rules and local law.

Availability and downloads

Edited photos are available to download for a limited time after delivery. Keep your own copies. We may change or pause the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. See Delete account.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected photos.

Governing law

Arizona law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
